All Wood, Rustic/Primitive "Town Hall" Lighted House. Building has been Sanded for "Time-Worn" Appearance, Painted Country Red and Roof and Steeple are in Chestnut Brown.

Stands 16.5" Tall x 8" Wide x 9.5" Deep including the Two Front Stairs.

There are 4 Windows all trimmed out with Rustic Moldings. There's a Candle on a Tin in each Window. A Clock Face decorates the Front of the Steeple. A Primitive "Town Hall" Sign Hangs from the Peak of the Building. The Front Door is Made from a very Rustic "Aged" Piece of Wood.

This is one great Lighted House to add to your Country Decor. It comes with the Lightbulb, 6 Foot Brown Cord with Switch on Cord.

9.5" Tall x 5.5" Wide x 4.5" Deep - Distressed Finish to give Aged Appearance - in Mustard. The interior is complete with a floor, a 2-hole seat and a hand-crafted simulated Sears Catalog (which was used for reading as well as backup toilet paper). The door has painted brass-coated hinges, cut-out moon, metal handle and handmade wood button latch.
